On Sunday June the 11th, Jewel City Kiwanis helped Burbank Kiwanis with their fundraising activities in a Reseda Park for Los Angeles Cactus and Succulent Society Show and Sale.  Thanks God, it was a good day.  The weather was nice and there were a lot of people who came to join the show, buy plants and learn about drought tolerant plants.  I hope that there will be an activity like that in Glendale.

Alice, Bobby, Woody and Alana attended the bowling fundraiser for Burbank Kiwanis Aktion Club in Pickwick Bowling Alley on April 3, 2016.  Again, Bobby tried hard to win.  His adorable grandson accopanied him and we all enjoyed watching him trying to play with his grandpa.  It was a very relaxing and rewarding afternoon.

If only Alice could avoid gutters and aim for the pins.
